Favorite Police Car?

Featured Replies

So I wanna know! Old or modern, doesn't matter! I'm pretty fond of the vintage stuff. Here are some of my favorites: 1970 Plymouth Satellite, 1974 Dodge Monaco, 1971 Dodge Polara, 1965 Dodge Polara, 1967-68 Plymouth Belvedeer. This doesn't mean I don't like modern stuff, I love a CVPI with a MX7000 or a blue/white/red vector; the new caprices are cool too.

I look forward to your favorites!

Ah yes, it was the summer of 77', I remember serving in the Civil War, and with my sold musket, government paycheck, and new job churning butter, I purchased the greatest car a man could buy...the 187

This thing is awesome.

I looked, and the last post(s) were either in 2012 or 2011 so I just made a new one. There was a thread about lightbars not that long ago.

I love the new caprices & tauruses  but this one takes the cake for overall sickest fleet of cars

Too bad the city they are patroling is one of the worst in the U.S. Like they are in debt by a ton, have a ridiculously high murder rate, and crime rate.

True

But hey maybe they want to show half of that city a cool looking paint job on a cop car before they're placed into said car  :teehee:

Definitely the ford bronco, which wasn't used to much I think. Also, I know its not a car, but its my favorite police vehicle.

Veni vidi vici

I can second the CVPI with a MX7000, they are a classic! I wish I had one  I am using a Federal Signal Arjent, I don't like LED's as much

I also like the 2005-2013 chargers (not the 2015!)

And I love explorers.

Dodge Charger, hands down. Here is an actual picture of one of my town's dodge chargers. We only use dodge chargers here as our police cars, well marked that is, both slicktop and not, both 2013 edition and older 2010 editions. Also for road blocks or snowy conditions I believe my town has these suv's, not sure what kind, they are rarely seen as they are rarely used. And as for unmarked cars, they have these undercover like not sure what they are, but the most common vehicles in this town, which for some reason one of the most comment vehicles here are like these old 2005 - 2007 Ford Taurus sedans. Not sure if they have other undercover/unmarked cars besides those, but only the detectives of the town police drive em, due to our town not necessarily being big/dangerous enough for an actual undercover division. But the detectives do wear undercover clothing. But anyways, here is a pic of my favorite one of the bunch, the dodge charger, slicktop edition:

This image was actually taken by me during an old car show thing we hold annually in my town. But yeah, that car is a beast. Not bad if I may so myself, not bad at all! I approve!

Interesting fact: The Dodge Charger is also my favorite type of car/dream car! I can only hope to own one one of these days! Dodge Chargers ftw!

I don't live in Texas, I like really small things.
