my suggestion is when we started out lcpdfr duty , we will get a callout from dispatch(control) to be on the lookout msg for person which the dispatch described ...

I don't think there are any elderly people in the game.

I know there are people who look like in their 60s in the Russian area, and a few driving luxury cars.

I know in the other GTA's there were old people which walked slow however, they could really fight back. LOL

in the Game. I have seen them many times.

I have always wondered why a child model mod wasn't created for GTA IV (it would receive a lot of controversy), if we can't get that, can we at least get a "Little person"?

Not that I know of, and I doubt that it will be created unless a scripter takes the job, there are many great scripters but they don't take requests or aren't into policing, there are a few that I know of on here, but like I said, they don't take requests or they aren't fully experienced. I too would love to see this feature implemented into GTA IV.

Well I'm a moron, it didn't click with me that LSPDFR came out after 2014. This is actually the first forum that I posted my callouts on because, I was like hey, they might enjoy it. If I would deliberately try to self promote, why would I do it on a forum that has been abandoned for 6 years.

it's all good man i was just hyped that someone made a plugin for GTA IV only to find out that it's for V.

Is alright Jesyx. Fortunately I have GTA V too .. and yes I have download your be on the look out plugin to try it out .. so far so good .
