Since it is a locally hosted server, only those who are on the same network can join it since you do not have a internet server (where others can see it). Am I right?

You'd have to rent a server from a hosting company, or if you want to host at home: make sure your ports are forwarded. I'd look that up on any search engine if I were you. Keep in mind that hosting at home isn't really recommended since your network connection probably can't handle the large volume of traffic.

I do know a cheap company that does Team Speak 3. That's what I use. I can give you an example if you PM me.

just set up a DDNS

download Teamspeak Server files

open up your router add Ports 9987 30033 to the ip of your computer

then start up the TS server program you join typing in 127.0.0.1 and the other join in using either your internet ip or the ddns host name that you have gotten

you could handle up to 20-25 peeps on a 20mbps 1mbps line
