Good specs?

For what? Gaming? The graphics card is well old now and will struggle to handle newer games, especially at a 1080p resolution. I'd recommend going for a GTX series graphics card, 600 series or higher. The rest should be okay though.

Mediocre.

You're about 6 years behind today's graphics cards, so good luck with that. Both GTA IV and Arma are going to be a pain to run.

4 gb ram

You need more.

I would suggest getting more RAM. I had 4GB and noticed some lagging then upgraded to 16 and it was running really good.

Thanks will do

Beware motherboard's supported RAM: DDR standard (memory's clock standard - DDR2 or DDR3) and maximum supported RAM.

Also, if you're planning to add RAM instead of replacing it, be very careful to respect memory timings between slots! (some info here).

It is important that every RAM slot uses the same timings (and preferably also clock). Otherwise annoying random crashes may occur.

If you don't know what kind of RAM is installed right now, I suggest you to use CPU-Z: a simple tool that gathers system informations.

I remember you that, anyway, RAM slots work in parallel; for example:

slot 1 --- A (4gb)

slot 2 --- B (2gb)

slot 3 --- A (4gb)

slot 4 --- B (2gb)

In the case your motherboard supports DDR2 only, and you're not familiar with memory clocking by BIOS, I strongly recommend you to replace RAM instead of adding it.

That's because, as I remember, DDR2 (being an old not anymore "supported" product) costs more and hardly you will find a piece compatible with those you have installed.

8 gb of RAM is enough for gaming, web browsing and most of applications. 16 gb is pretty useless, unless you have particular requirements (such as "pro" applications).

Good luck =)

This is the ram specs

4GB DDR3 1333 RAM

Great. Now you have to find manufacturer's brand & products' model. As I wrote before, I suggest you to install CPU-Z: it will give you all the informations needed.

(what you need to know: what slots are used and what RAMs are installed -  you can find those informations under SPD tab)

Here again the CPU-Z LINK
