I was trying to think of some cool texture ideas, when I remembered the State Police from the "Dukes of Hazzard" movie from the mid 2000s. On the page they list this as a Georgia State Police car, but I've never seen this paint scheme before. So I'm wondering, was this made for the movie, or was this once an actual design? Either way, it looks kinda cool.

I'd say it's a prop livery. Georgia State Patrol vehicles have always had "Georgia State Police" written on them somewhere, plus the badge is completely different. It's definitely based on the GSP though. 

I am really good friends with the head mechanic for that movie, he confirmed they are indeed Prop Paint Jobs. :P

That's what I thought, but I've been seeing GSP in black with orange lettering so I thought they might be trying out some new ideas, but didn't stick.

That's pretty cool. Yeah, they used a hell of a lot of different squad cars in that movie, 90s Crown Vics, 2000s Vics, 87 and 89 Caprices. It's pretty funny actually.

Ya, Not only Squad Cars, but they also had to hunt down over 60 General Lees from around the World...32 of which were totaled during the making...and one from the movie is in his garage, ill have to post a pic sometime..
