Do you have to have multiplayer?

I wouldn't mind being a suspect if need be, only problem would be if SWAT was called in it might crash me. (The NSTOCKADE model I have installed is a bit funny sometimes.)

Loved Sam's videos. They are in my favorites on YouTube. As for this project, I'd love to follow this as it looks like it could be awesome. I may also see if I could provide voices. I wish I could be a patrolman, but my schedule is too wacky.
