That sounds awesome. Maybe you guys are advancing farther than just the "Chat" Box in LCPDFR

Good to hear! I have about 8 years of web development history so my system will function and look a lot better than the MDC. :P

I really hope you guys spend some more time on it than the last MDC...Cause the current(Or old) MDC was HORRIBLE. :)

We never have wrote a MDC before. If you are referring to the one on LCPDFR.com, we gave free hosting to a user on our site and they developed this.

If you look at LCPDFR.com, LCPDFR along with our live blotter and LCPDFR Online Services, it'll be anything but horrible. :)

Its nice to know that things are in development here at LCPDFR.com. That said I won't be holding my breath for your system as it seems to take a seriously long time for you guys to develop and release things. This system that WSPChiefReefer talks about is up and running NOW and has added an great amount to our communities in game play.. With development ongoing and the addition of other systems to be released to the community it was made for this porject is well on its way to completion. I expect when the public version (limited features) is released it will set the GTAiv Policing community greatly a buzz. Bottom line, we all just want systems and tools that make our game play as real as possible and that is the primary mandate of our community. Things don't have to be competitive,  communities should be working together for the betterment of all......

Couldn't have said this better, we all want to make this as realistic as ever, but where all as good as the help or the criticism we accept

I personally can't wait for cheif reefers new system, and I think I speak for a lot of others who would very much enjoy being able to jot notes, making it feel a tad more realistic
