For the people with the disc version: delete the modded files from your GTA IV root folder, open the installer and instead of removing the game, repair it. This will put in the original files again.

who else here believe it would so cool to have lights or tones inside of our police car whilst we are in first person view going on, like for example in a real cop car how they turn there red and blues on, different lights flash or different things, or if some how we could get the radar computer to actually work inside of the car, how hard would this be to do?
 
 
also do you reckon in any more updates we'll have the option to do multiple pull overs instead of one
 
for example street racing crimes you can only get one person, imagine getting them both

i was thinking that it would be super cool, plus also realistic if we could arrest the suspect on the round after we tazer them or make them fall to the ground, because quite a few times i have had them get up an run off despite the fact that i was aiming at them and pressing the arrest button (i turnt resist arrest off)

Couldn't have said this better, we all want to make this as realistic as ever, but where all as good as the help or the criticism we accept

I personally can't wait for cheif reefers new system, and I think I speak for a lot of others who would very much enjoy being able to jot notes, making it feel a tad more realistic

Not available yet to the public, only for my Community/Clan right now.
 
Will post a forum topic when Public Version is ready. I most likely will only make it available able on LCPDFR, so you guys will be the first to know.

Download and run this as administrator (http://support.rockstargames.com/entries/484496-Grand-Theft-Auto-IV-Patch-7-Title-Update-v-1-0-7-0-English-1-0-6-1-Russian-1-0-5-2-Japanese-). Also, when reinstalling the game make sure to REMOVE all left-over files manually in the installation directory.
