Ahh that's good then glad to see that feature hasn't died. I'll be looking to add a few operations later on tonight when I get on. I'm also liking the look of the dispatchers features and new chat features.

To do list:

-Fix the rest of the errors

-Dispatchers (includes adding new calls, assigning calls to available resources and updating accepted calls where necessary)

-We've made a bugs reporting feature to easier keep track of to do/bugs, that will be completed shortly.

-Unveil surprise!

Bear with us - we've both been rather busy and unable to do much work on the system (cliche I know!), but we'll hopefully have most of the errors fixed shortly.

SURPRISE

Prosecutors doing a great job! Keep up the good work.

Yes I would have to agree the cases getting looked at frequently to ensure the officers can get a response in a timely fashion to whether their case has been successful or need to be sent back for further info.

Quick update before I head off - I've overhauled the way the calls work. They will now select a random vague/generic incident and assign a random location also. This means there will be a greater variety of calls and locations around the city. However as the calls are now not very specific, it's up to dispatchers to add appropriate detail before passing the call and/of officers to use a bit of imagination.

E.g. Original call is male assaulted - dispatcher adds a description and a little story of how the assault took place, taking into account the location. And if the location is quite vague, they can also add specifics if they want to e.g. house number 106 at south side. The dispatcher stuff is still being re-done and I'll post back once completed.

Hello Guys, this whole project sounds very exiting!

Yesterday i created my own officer account on mdc.lcpdfr but i didnt get any activation mail. Did I something wrong? :/

Your account should be activated now! Sorry about the wait.

Dispatcher tools are now complete, they can now add generic calls and locations to the database, they can also pass calls with extra detail to officers and add notes.

Dispatchers remember to keep the calls you add vague without detail/descriptions. This way your call can be re-used effectively. It will be the job of any on duty dispatchers to add detail before passing the call to an available resource. Also keep locations you add re-usable and in the correct format.
