So as you know PC users without an xbox controller are unable to walk in multiplayer which can be irritating if you like to play lcpdfr or RP. So can someone make a mod that makes the player move like in single player? So normal wasd keys will be walking, holding down right shift is running/jogging while the holding the left shift key, will be sprinting. I'm even fine with a setup where only walking and sprinting is possible, I just want the walking thing in multiplayer.

If you use LCPDFR 1.0 online (some don't due to how buggy it is), can't you use the alt key (it might be walk faster, i'm not sure?)

I can walk just fine...

I'm pretty sure if you just hold W you walk at a normal hip swaying pace. 

If you hold ALT while holding W you do the "fast walk" which is slightly glitchy looking but is a little bit faster.

holding Right Shift makes you sprint.

 

And I'm pretty sure this is the same for multiplayer. But I could be wrong.

If you hold w or whatever key you use to move, it's instant running. It may not be sprinting but it's not walking. It's like a jogging. If I'd hold alt, which thing I disabled, I'd move faster, which is exactly the opposite thing I want. I want to walk like in single player when you use the wasd keys. This can only be performed with a controller in MP.

you can't walk in multiplayer.

I think the only way to walk in MP is to use a controller.

 

I use the Xbox360 controller for Windows and it makes playing the game significantly easier when it comes to walking, driving, and flying the helicopters. Shooting isn't quite as easy without a mouse and keyboard, although with aim assist, it isn't impossible. Besides, my game play style doesn't do much shooting anyway.

Waiiit..? Wat? Can't walk in MP? I can walk. 

Ah everyone seem to be misunderstanding the topic. I am requesting a mod that makes it possible to walk WITHOUT a controller, this is not a thread asking if it's possible to do it, because it's not possible, and jogging is not the same as walking.

So I was hoping a coder could write a script that lets us do this, just like in single player.
