The police station from the mission isn't finished. The parts visible in the cutscene are detailed, but there's nothing around them.

+ there's no collision in most places. Never know though...

You can still use the >vdh Police Station - Broker mod made by Abraxas, which replaces the lawyer office with a police station.

 

There's also a new configurable setting in the lcpdfr.ini that works exclusively for that mod:

UsingPoliceStationMod=True

The devs actually tried making it work, and Cleveland023 came up with a set of invisible objects that made collisions work right in the station. However, the station still isn't complete, and I don't think it's even present in EFLC (which doesn't have the cutscene).
