Hello Everyone & Happy New Year. This is just some information i thought i would share just in case nobody has realized. This information may or may not help you & i hope it will help you if your having problems. Now, Personally i own Grand theft auto iv and EFLC but i've noticed a difference between the two and you may not have as of yet. The difference i have personally noticed & experienced is that if your playing EFLC(Episodes From Liberty City) you WILL notice graphics missing regardless if you have mods installed or not including LCPDFR! But with Grand Theft Auto IV you have little to NO graphics missing including with Mods installed like LCPDFR and more. I personally use SMAA injector with GTA IV and that also somehow prevents the graphics from going missing so if your still having graphics missing from Grand Theft Auto IV Search on google for SMAA injector for GTA IV and place the files in your main game directory and let me know if that works for you. Anyway these are just some basic informations for you and the LCPDFR community. Please also be aware; that the SMAA injector does not work with EFLC & i have no idea why. Anyway everyone, Happy New Year!

I have no issues with graphic loss in either of those games. And anything with injector in the name has me leery.

Uhh... I installed it? I'm using a commandline for both GTA IV and EFLC to improve the time before I get a crash, that may have something to do with it. May be you just don't have a powerful enough computer to run EFLC since it's more resource-heavy?

Same. The only texture loss iv'e had is in some missions (normal story) using the trainer. Think it was under some "ULCP" missions. 

Why did you have to make the text red? It's a bit of an eyesore and doesn't grab my attention anymore than regular colored text.

Ahh... I remember you giving me that command line... Thank you once again...

I only experience texture loss if I'm running too many high-poly police cars, whether els or not.  Especially in the police-police4 slots, those spawn all the time, so can cause major texture loss.
