The changes are: On the Ambulance it says "New Liberty" instead of "City of Liberty" and the Star of Life is now Blue instead of black. The NOOSE writings on the Patriot is now in full caps, and not "NOoSE" that looks weird. Download will come up soon!

That's better! But now you should fix the word "Libety" on the ambulance! :)

Noticed a couple of things though

1. On the Ambulance, Liberty is mislabeled as "New Libety"

2. The reason one of the "o's" is in lower case is because NOoSE stands for "National Office of Security Enforcement". "of" is rarely in upper case. Although, GTA IV uses both IIRC so for some it may make sense. 

3. I would recommend making skins for Ekalbs cars, as they support multiple liveries :)
