I downloaded NB's mod and I'm running gta version 1.0.7.0. When I launch the game and start lcpdfr, I pick my cars and there are no decorations on the police car at all. It's a completely black car with no lights either. What should I do? Before I downloaded this mod all was working fine. I've tried reinstalling the mod no luck.

..texture? lol where :o i imported the vehicle files (.wtd & .ftd etc) where's the texture stuff 0.0

.wtd is the texture file so it should work, can you take a screenshot of what the cars look like in-game?

It appears something has been messed up when importing the files.

 

Try putting in a clean vehicle.img (from a backup GTA). Then import again.

Remember to import BOTH the .wtd and .wft and to save/rebuild the archive before exiting. 

Also, remember to close Spark or Open before launching the game =D

It appears your graphics texture settings are too low, try raising it up to medium or high.

 

 

 

The file looks fine, I downloaded it myself and checked the textures, you should try and redownload the mod.

Do we need ELS 7 for this? Because I'm using ELS 6. V7 crashes at Main menu.

None of these methods worked :( still the same as the screenshot I uploaded. But... there was this LAPD car skin mod that i tested and it worked. For that mod I put all the files in vehicle.img. Dont know why this mod doesn't work with me.

OH! I needed to put the templates in the wtd via OpenIV. Thanks for all your help though! This pack is awesome! except for the part where the surroundings turn red even though the car's lights are blue xD

That's a problem with your ELS.ini file, which is setup by default to flash red.
