BUT GTA IV STOPS WORKING WHEN D SOUND IS IN IT

AND D SOUND WONT LET GTA IV START

First, drop the caps. Then, drop the multiple posts one after the other. After that, gain patience. We are a very small team compared to how many support requests we get every day, we try to respond to everything as soon as possible. Sniper told you to install the latest GTA IV patch, did you do it or not?

Do it and then post again, politely and wait for an answer, patiently.

Make sure you install the patch relative to your language.. >.<

i did download the patch but when ever i have d sound a error pops up but when i have no d sound it works perfectly

Please edit your posts instead of double posting. And you don't need to use red font for us to see the post.

The blurry screen is normal, you can rebind the key in the GTA IV menu if you don't like it blurring up.

Teamviewer would be better for screen sharing.

Could you also post a new diag log?

Just press p again... You turned on the motion blur... Just change the "definition" key map in gta to something other than p.

Completely redid my post as we are all a lil blind : ) . He used CTRL P not ALT P. That would be his problem.

Um. I must be missing something there Icon lol. I wasn't really concerned about the blur (I just put up with it and hit P again cuz im too lazy to change the key hehe). But he was using the wrong key combo to start LCPDFR.

can some one show me what to do in skype or team viewer

I fixed the definition thingy but it still didoes work can some one help me on skype or team viewer
