No, it is true. The policeb model has 2 halogen lights and 2 led style lights. No more can be spawned on it. Also, it overrides the usual configuration for lights I think it makes a blue, red, blue, red light order regardless of how the sirens are set up in zmodeler.

You are not wrong, somewhat, on the fact that there is a limit other than the usual eight on it; I am missing the two rear window lights it should have, but I still have the other six. It may also explain why the rear lights on the roof are switched in color compared to the lightbar model when I've seen it fine in screenshots.

 

So, yes. The PoliceB does have some limitations when it comes to lights. Since my extra slots are just NOoSE-only vehicles I have spawn occasionally with TrafficSpawn, I've never paid attention before, so not something I'll rush to find a different way to handle.

There sure is, read this guide carefully (http://gtapolicemods.com/showthread.php?3018-Add-New-Car-GTA-IV-Not-Replacing). LCPDFR won't work properly though.

Siren is working, no emergency lights with an Oracle

 

For future readers (I got here by searching):

• with LCPD:FR 1.0 computer works adding the right AdditionalCopCarModels value in lcpdfr.ini, depending on the car
• you can use the >Strobes Mod made by Kit for having normal lights to strobe as emergency one
