I was thinking he was just angry at the police (for whatever reason) and decided to target their vehicles. It didn't seem like an accident to me.

He is one of those people that I believe that should be euthanized due to mental instability. Hate me if you want, but I won't change my mind.

I live near there and i've heard 2 or more of the vehicles were parked outside of the community police station.

How in the world did it occur to him to rip a sprinkler out of the ceiling? Not once have I thought, "Wow, wouldn't it be fun to rip that fire sprinkler from the ceiling!"

OK, I'll bite. I'm pretty sure that "euthanization" of the mentally ill falls under the category of crimes against humanity. Killing someone due to mental illness isn't some sort of clean "euthanization". It is murder.

There are some people who would likely consider it to be "eugenics" as well. Again the concept starts a slippery slope, where would it end? The mentally ill people of our world need to be treated with understanding and respect and proper treatment and support given whether in home care or in a psychiatric ward.

Case by case basis. And there are very high risk offenders with mental issue's out there that putting them in a solitary padded room in a straight jacket isn't a viable option unless you want a crazed and pissed off spirit haunting that place when it closes. Prey to god there isn't a fire. I've watched Supernatural a bit too much and I've also watched some crime shows a bit too much probably too. My mind is made up. Yes there are grey areas, but no, it is not murder. Euthanasia is the nice way of saying, "He went for a nap."  I'm wierd I know, but that is just how I look at it. Oh, and BTW, you sound like my mother. Which isn't technically a bad thing...

Well he may be useless physically, but with modern prosthetic limbs, he could theoretically regain a lot of mobility. Plus, just because he can't move doesn't mean he can't think. Take Stephen Hawking for an example. He would not be able to move without his electric wheelchair or even talk without his speech synthesizer, yet he is one of the most notable physicists ever.
