Oh, goodie(!) And my bank account was just starting to recover!

Now to wait a week for Steam's shit servers, additionally under sales strain, to download stuff!

Dont buy ANY Grand Theft Auto games on Steam, atleast not if you want to mod it. It will take days for it to work/mod

Just a friendly tip :)

This made me chuckle, I admit.

Modding the GTA series have always been an adventure, even more so with GTA IV and the terrible coding that comes with it. Saying that people should not buy the game, just because they want to mod it, because it's time consuming to mod it, does not make any sense.

Invenio, Investigatio, Imperium

It was meant as a warning. Some people does not like using hours upon hours contacting support to recieve activation key. I get your point, and it is of couse their own choice. Just trying to be friendly :)

Don't cry about your internet, my "highest" download speed on Steam is 900 KB/S... :wallbash:

And that's not even the top of the ice berg so to speak. When I started modding GTA I forgot to make a back up so yea, the game crashed and I had to dowload it again... Takes me an average of 16 hours to download it.

Not the only problem, I'm broke too :teehee:

Anyone have any good recomendations about any good games out there?

I have some tips, sure:

http://store.steampowered.com/app/207610/ Walking Dead - Amazing story, it's a masterpiece. Not much "gameplay" though, so do not expect a hack 'n slash.

http://store.steampowered.com/app/219890/ Antichamber - The ingenuity in this game is high, and it's messing with your mind constantly. Puzzle game.

http://store.steampowered.com/app/202170/ Sleeping Dogs - GTA-ish gameplay. It's a barrel of fun with some interesting mechanics. Sam approves of the erroneous way of driving...

http://store.steampowered.com/app/238320/ Outlast - It's a pretty good horror game. Graphics are nice, the backstory is interesting. Ending is a little abrupt though.

http://store.steampowered.com/app/8870/ - Bioshock: Infinite - If you like the first Bioshock, it's an interesting story and adds new ways of looking at the previous games. Story is interesting and makes you think.

Invenio, Investigatio, Imperium

Don't get jealous guys, I pay for 120Mb/s, surely I should get some kinda speed. iPlayer gave me my highest recorded actual, not a speed-test, speed at ~80M(b/B)/s.

God only knows what measurements they are using; megabits, megabytes, mebibits or mebibytes. Chances are that the UI team and programmers can't even agree and the displayed unit is wrong! YAY for confusion!

Anyway, I'm back to good ol' Steam speeds of 100-900 KB/s.
