Hi guys,

 

I wanted to know if there's a way to add a siren to a non-emergency vehicle.

 

I made a Brink's skin for the stock Securicar, and changed carcols.dat to 113,113,113, so it looks pretty good. Only think missing is the siren.

 

I replaced the pstockade with my modded stockade, and got what I wanted, but I thought I'd ask if I can make the stock Securicar have one. I'm not sure where to find it in the directory.

 

 

 

 

I thought all you had to do was create an ELS profile for it like the default_config has a bit for sound and I have just created an ELS profile for it. Like below:

[ BOBCAT ]
Status = on
File = default_config

This should give it a siren

If my memory serves me correct, you have to go into the "horns.ivaud" file and change it. But it's not like changing a car, as most of the cars in the game use the same horn so keep that in mind
