Looking For Community Support..

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I'm asking everyone for your honest opinions and advice. Some of you may know me from YouTube, which is the exact reason I need your help...

Over the past month my YouTube has took a huge blow to the subscriber and view count of my videos. Why? I don't know. Originally I started out as an LCPDFR commentator, which I loved it and I still do. Though the past year though have been a variety of videos between single player and multiplayer. The multiplayer videos are of a community that I used to run, and one I run now.

Anyways.. I need EVERYBODY'S opinions! What can I do to improve my view / subscriber count? What do you guys like to watch? Normal patrols? Baitcar? Clan patrols? Other games even!

I'm calling out to the community that I entertain. What can I do to improve my YouTube channel and give you guys the videos that you want to see! Is there something I'm doing wrong? Let me know! I take constructive criticism much better than I used too :P

What do you want?

One reason, GTA 5. Wait until GTA 5 supports PC/modding (if ever), then cover as many mods as possible. People are getting so ignorant in regards to GTA IV since V came out, simpily dismissing GTA IV videos regardless of their content. The same has happened to mine (and many other GTA IV youtubers that haven't switched over to V yet) - we're practically waiting for GTA V to grow some (go on PC and allow modding). There aren't as many people actively searching for GTA IV vids as there were say, a year ago, as GTA V has taken that spot for many (the bulk audience). The loyal few will remain, but if you want expansion, you'll probably need to try something different. All the hype is at GTA V at the moment from what it looks like.

That's my honest opinion, and some, however, may still retain an interest in GTA IV for LCPDFR 1.0 solely.

I figured GTA V was a big cause behind it. I'd love to post GTA V gameplay, but I'm not really one to go around playing free roam. Just not all that entertaining to me as much as RP / Modding is. It's a bummer that we still take a hit.

That is a good point about LCPDFR 1.0 ..

I personally watch clan videos as these contain much more action and can have so many different scenarios. (I also watch yours DD as I love your mods)

Anyway, I would consider joining/creating a clan and you may see your video/channel views and subscribers increase. Then when 1.0 is released, you will have lots of views etc.

Yea I can agree with you. We could focus on more large scale related things because I agree that some stuff can be boring and not as interesting at times.

Not only will it be fun for the viewers but the members as well. Thanks for the feedback.

I would love to see some more PRP video's! And you haven't really been active on YouTube (Haven't posted a lot of videos), I get you're busy, and I respect that, but any chance you get to make a vid, make a vid!

I think it's what has been stated about GTA V. As we all know, LCPDFR has not come out with a new version in a little under 2 years. I think it's that people are started to get tired of the same thing over and over again because lots of people are creating video's. A few years ago you would not really see that many videos but now you see them left and right. I think that you should involve more people into your videos like have a few people on TS and just BS about things not really relating to LCPDFR. Just stuff in general to do with the gaming/GTA community. This is just my opinion but keep up the good work!

Got it man. Yea you make a point. PRP videos will definitely be coming out a ton soon. Hoping that 2-3 per week :)

And do you like single player videos as well? Just wondering

Awesome. I love the feedback. It makes sense. I'm sure the guys over at PRP would enjoy a relaxed form of recorded patrols along with the equal amount of professional videos.

The same has happened to me too. (Idad99) I figured GTA V was the root cause of this issue. Curse you GTA V!

When did your issues start appearing?
