So I think I'm ready to play with some mods, but there aren't any tutorial with installing them. For now, all I'm looking for are some uniforms for my officers. Can anyone assist me with in depth instructions?

Which version of Spark IV should I download and where?

 

-I watched the videos, but how do you get new uniforms? Will the liberty city one's be deleted? Last time I tried this, everything got screwed up and I couldn't load gta at all.

Download Spark IV, still facing problems! It says this program has stopped responding!

i had that same issue just get openIV is alot better then sparkIV
