Being Italian just wanted to ask if there is (I checked but could not find anything) a mod that allows the police to do as a do here in Italy:

the policeman puts the car on the roadside, with the paddle comes out and stops the appropriate people and performing control.

If it does not exist I have given you a possible idea;)

This mod has a breathalyzer function which allows you to check people's breath for alcohol
