Whether or not they're actually real, we ask that they not be posted in case they happen to be (following Rockstar's desires to avoid leaks).

They are completely real, I've sat through about 2 hours of a freeroam livestream where the uploader is just driving around and causing havoc with the cops.

That'd be insanely difficult to fake.

Processor: Intel i5-6600 @ 3.30GHz

GPU: MSI ARMOR GeForce GTX 1080 OC

Ram: 16GB Skylake

I've read somewhere that they expect 6 million copies to be sold within the first week after release. You just can't deliver such an amount to stores worldwide without having some copies go out early.

And I'm not even talking about theft, but mostly of stores not caring about the official release and selling the game as soon as they receive it. On gtaforums I've read that even amazonUK has supposedly shipped some copies so early that people had them in their mailbox last friday (If this is really true, then I'd expect it to be a technical error. A company as big as amazon wouldn't want to anger R*).

GTA V - spent money 265 million $
Estimated Earnings: 1.5 billion $

Sold copies - 25 millions in  first year

And that's without PC version; at least IGN (or some guys from gaming magazine) thinks it will be like that
