Hello everyone, I  wanted to play this long time ago and actually I've downloaded some mods but didn't play it at all. So basically I'm new here. Anyway I just wanted to ask for some basic guidelines for a strat. 

 

- What game version do I need (what is the best one to play with mods)

- what mods would you suggest to make it more realistic (I've seen many mods here, but are those all gonna work together?)

- is there some sort of LCPD mods pack that would include all those useful things?

- can my PC handle those light mods that everyone is using and can I use any ENB settings to improve performance?

OS: Win 7 Ultimate x64

Various: HDD: WD 750Gb Black, Hitachi 500 Gb ~ Logitech G500 ~

I read somewhere that some ENB's will boost FPS. I personally does not think that's possible, but that's just me. ENB's eats FPS for breakfast so make sure that you have a powerful rig before using one.

EDIT - Now that I have installed mods my game doesn't show up any cars. I can only see Taxi, Police and SUV's in the whole city, and above that 90% of those are Taxi cars. I'm using police ELS pack, BMW M5 unmarked and Police Helper script.
