I always do the missions more than free-roaming...so I'll do the missions. 

Buy stocks. Lot's of stocks.

Explore everything, once the PC version comes out. :/

Provided you start the game playing Michael. I believe to have read in an interview somewhere that the characters will be introduced one after another.

Steal a police car, a nice looken one because.. really I want to be ball'n in my cop car, then.. attempt to pull people over without any sort of script to help, then shoot then since I cant write them a ticket "for speeding", then get out of dodge, before the cops catch me and dennnn head to the strip club and check to see how well the "M" Mature rating is for the game hahahha.

I plan on doing a couple missions, then once I have some money, I will buy a decent house, then cause the usual chaos ;)

Then as my wanted level increases, I head to the highest peak possible, push it off a cliff, jump out, parachute, and attempt escape by landing on a train.

I would start a police chase and see if the police is smart or not

I'm sorry if I've spoiled anything for you, but everything that I referred to in my post came directly from Rockstar, or is R* being quoted by a gaming site like ign or gameinformer in one of their previews.

Also, in my view that info about the characters isn't so much a spoiler, just some info about the game mechanics. But again, it wasn't my intention to spoil, so I'm sorry.

This time I will acutely play all the missions and have some fun in between them, like spending all of my money on a nice car.

Complete some missions to get some money, then buy a nice car and tune it at LS Customs. Then.. Just drive around, explore the map. That is what Im going to do =)
