I'am just asking myself if there exist any kind of mod, where I can place some pylons or barrier.

 

Even I'm searching a modification where I can maybe hold a portable police scanner or have some police radio in my car.

 

 

 

 

Also I'm wondering how I can make a non Els police car (I know with Zmodeler). Espacilly how to place the emeregency lights.

I don't know for the others

There is that funny thing some people do on lcpdfr videos with spawning coffee cup or radio in their hands.  I never bothered trying it so i don't know if it is an extra mod/download...   Someone else will have to answer that one.

You can spawn a radio with LCPDFR, actually. It's Alt-something. To be honest, I don't know which key specifically spawns the radio. I do know that ALT+U, ALT+I, and ALT+O spawn something, though.

Alt-I for radio, Alt-O for coffee, Alt-U for hats

 

Pressing I with a radio out makes the officer speak into it.

Pressing O with the coffee out makes the officer drink it.

Theres a mod called Internet Radio Wich makes u able to lisent to radio streams simply go to radioreference find a live pd radio Add the stream link and start ;D
