There should be a window template file. If he has not included files for editing templates, etc, then he does not want you editing his vehicle

Window template is already included with the model files. If you want GSP window texture from the model, open .wtd file and extract it.

You need to look through the textures in the WTD and fine the one with that writing on it. Then export it and edit it in a photo editing program like photoshop. Erase the "G.STATE PATROL" from the texture and re import it into the WTD. If its part of a window template you'll have to redo the tint on that part since your erased some of it. If you don't see it anywhere in the WTD then chances are its not editable although I don't see how it couldn't be in the WTD. No need to try and contact him for something so simple

The file is transparent, so it'll look weird on the forums but it'll work fine in-game.

Yeah I know. Can an admin be elected specifically for double posting, disrespectful posts, and violating the Terms of Service? I mean really, this is starting to get out of hand. There was a previous thread where it was repeated 3 times (I also saw it) and this, which has also been repeated. This is just clogging up the 'New Posts' section and I'm starting to get sick of it.

I think that is what the moderators do now.

 

Just report it. The moderators see it, and evaluate it to see if they need to take action. You can't expect them to see everything, so it is best to report it to bring it to their attention.

 

I make a lot of reports (the moderators are well aware of that), and they usually get to the topic within 10 minutes.
