I'm Belgian and French is the second language here so I'll translate.

Jacob is right but he wants multiple things.

He wants a link to French police cars, French skins and a French siren.

What he also needs is an explanation on how to import all of this stuff into his EFLC.

Btw, Break is absolutely right when he says that being French isn't an excuse for not knowing basic English.

actuly english save a few other languges is one of the hardest to learn with all the slang and constantly changeing meanings for things.

Well, English might not be the easiest language to learn but it is a widely used language and lots of television programs are in English as well.

I do have to add that here in Belgium we learn both English, French and German and all programs are kept in their native language.

Unfortunately, a lot of countries replace the native language of a program with their own and that just deteriorates the language skills.

So some people have hard to teach english.
