Nevada is in Las Vegas thay have highway patrols and state troopers.

Could someone tell me how to add a skin in the models please? I put one in WTD file but can't seem to get it in game!

This is the model i wan't to add it to:

I wan't to start mapping emergency vehicles, but can't finish them till i put a skin on them
