Could you please make an Illinois State Police texture pack for CVPI, and IMPALA? I know there's a very popular one out there, however it does not work with some of the newer cvpi, and impala models! Im from Illinois, and there are hardly any Illinois themed anything, and it would be extremely appreciated! :) thanks in advance!

You cannot just chuck liveries onto the Vanilla models. Each specific model has areas assigned for the livery. Unless you have a modded Polpatriot with a template, this may not be done. Sorry bud.

Just import the vanilla model in zmodeler and map a template.

Then it can have any skin it wants.
