There are plenty of Ak47 based rifles on gta4mods.com i go there all the time
i think there is already a riot shield on that website, but not sure
before asking for weapons, check the website first

I'd like a riot shield. And if someone could make a riot script or something, that'd be great!

I Googled "gta iv riot shield" and I found this: http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=2010 it is for SA but maybe someone can convert it (I will go ahead and try)
