Also, I'm pretty sure LCPDFR can have issues if you don't run the game as an administrator. If you have administrator access on the school computer, you should be able to disable the security policies and run the installer.

Also, you should really be doing schoolwork in school, not playing GTA.

    Well, Our school doesnt allow installers to run, but they allow EXE files in general. Thats how I run it. If I can get LCPD:FR manually installed, I am good to go.
