I was just watching a video by Makinith29 and his manual siren was very different from the normal els one, which is just your typical wail siren. His was sort of different, but I can't really explain it in words, so I've linked the video: http://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=plcp&v=l4XUFEB5s04.

If any of you can tell me how to get the manual siren like that, I would really appreciate it.

Are you talking about someone doing short bursts on the siren?

If so: I know some people figured out how to mod their horns to do that.

Yeah its not a manual siren. He just replaced the Horn with a siren that lasted like 3 secs...if he were to hold down the horn button, it would loop like crazy.

There is a siren made by flyer2359 on GTA4-Mods.com with that modified horn. Go to GTA4-Mods.com and copy paste this Whelen 295 Siren in search bar, there will be 3.1 and 5.0 versions you will choose the one without version number.

 

 

Hi to all ,a new question related to this but not so please remove it where it has to be!
I am playing gtaiv lcpdfr to low end pc (gtx 560,3 gb ram ddr2) and i would like to have a new air horn for my police cars.Not at all to be changed the sirens (whelen,yelp and etc) but just the horn sound which is being by the long hit of "G".I saw that that with some replacing of files it can be done but can replace just the air horn sound?And if yes i am searching one with louder and clearer sound that the original one.If i find the one that i like i will post the video.
