Attention YouTube Partners!

If you are like me, you might be pretty annoyed with the update Google made that put the AdSense earnings report on YouTube instead of AdSense. Not only is it now hard to understand, but it's also now pretty inaccurate. Please sign the petition to Google to put it back.

Thank You

Yeah it's pretty annoying.

Unfortunately Google won't care, pretty much every update they make seems to go against the wishes of their users, we're a product and not a customer of Google, they want to create a platform that suits "big" customers such as Machinima, VEVO,  and pretty much anyone that is willing to pay for their promotion.

I had to use google support last summer when my adsense were upgraded to bank transfers instead of credit card transfer, however it refused to acknowledge that the verification transfer was correct, I couldn't get in touch with an actual human, I were redirected though the Google support DB until I finally managed to fix it one day.

I don't particularly like Google or YouTube, they don't care about the users, they seem to make it as much of a hassle as possible to use their services.

You wouldn't believe how frustrating Google can be, they have flagged videos for copyright infringement or refused to monetize videos at random, there's no logic to it, they seem to have fixed the issue now, but the videos that were once flagged will always be flagged.

That combined with their "three strikes" system which essentially means that game publishers can kill of YouTube channels with the press of a button if they want to, there's no control or supervision from YouTube with this system.

I hope one day we'll have a replacement for YouTube that doesn't have as many disadvantages as YouTube has.

Lol I got yah there.

One of my videos got flagged for a song from the 80's.

I check the spot of the video and it was a police siren. Too them 2 weeks to finally approve it for monetization. About 600 views in between the time of upload and time I was making money...

Also, I have videos of GTA that get flagged for no reason...

Any replacement would have similar fears of copyright lawsuits. Even though Google pretty much won their suit, defending is still a pain.

This is why it's better to partner you're channel to a outside source like TGN or Fullscreen, so you don't have to deal with this shit.

Yep, I definitely agree with you, I've been with TGN for a while now and they definitely take care of me better than adsense. If anyone have a channel, you could keep up with it by going to http://socialblade.com/ It is not that accurate but it give you an idea what to expect...

I got an offer from TGN several months ago, but I turned it down because I'm not a fan of the indemnification clauses all over the contract.

By the way, if your video is ever "Under Review" try this:

I'm a YouTube partner but never signed up for Adsense. So I stopped put ads on my vids till I get an Adsense account set up.

I think that YouTube has taken a major poop latley. I get an abg anount of views daily but I dont see tem on any video.

Everything needs more lights.
