I was thinking on to my next video i would have a great visualsettings or a ENB that is looking really good i have a example here how i really want the lights to look like

Not exactly, they are pretty close but the NYPD uses the SS2000 version of the Smart Siren whereas the LAPD use just the regular one (I could be mistaken about the LAPD siren being "regular" so don't quote me on that).

Love that gun sound mod, anybody know which one it is?  Sounds just like the M16s from the movie HEAT, in particular the main gunfight scene in downtown LA.  Epic scene btw.
