Texture LOD problem?

Featured Replies

it looks like some kind of lod problem with the textures but its really weird and i have never came across something like that before. here is a clip: https://medal.tv/games/screen-capture/clips/nhrXQ1tV4p-2Lwp_9?invite=cr-MSxESkUsMzQ3MzAyMjM3

i do have resource adjuster installed and its the only thing that could interfere with textures but i dont know if this is the problem.

it happens with rph loaded and without so it doesnt seem like something is wrong with the plugins
