Is the game reporting that you have that 16GB of memory available? in the graphics settings.

Also could you screenshot your game folder please?

You can try this if you haven’t tried it yet: V-Sync: Turn it off. It can cause delays in texture loading. Texture Quality: If it is set to "Very High," lower it to "High." Distance Scaling & Po

Does LSPDFR even work for you? You are missing both LSPD First Reponse.dll and LSPD First Reponse.pdb.

I recommend uninstalling LSPDFR using the uninstaller, and then download the manual install and installing it manually.

If this is your used GPU memory, you will need to add the rest in the ResourceAdjuster.ini, but you're not using it all so it shouldn't be an issue

Okay no worries.

I would suggest removing all the adjusters you have installed, as well as opencameraV and trying with only LSPDFR and RPH and see if you still have the issue

I just deleted them and opencamera and still having the issue im so confused because this has never happened to me before...

I see you have openiv.asi in your folder. Have you modified any of the original .rpf files?

Yeah it's a weird one for sure

Not at all no, It's so weird because i disable to plugin folder and just run RPH and go to that exact area and its fine but whenever the plugin folder is active then that happens..

Okay, can you try going into your lspdfr.ini and changing Main.PreloadAllModels to 'False'? and see if it still happens

Still having the issue man

Okay, can you also try going into task manager > Details > Right click GTA V > Set as a higher priority

I did that and still nothing changed

Okay, I don't know what is wrong with your game then, considering openiv.asi is in your folder I suspect one of your original .rpfs has been edited. I suggest starting with a fresh copy of the game, not sure what else would be causing it.

Otherwise you will have to just put up with it, if it's only in 2 locations

Hello, im dealing with so much bad texture loss only in one spot which is the spot next to the IAA building and pillbox on the Freeway. I have reinstalled the game 3 times and the same issue occurs, i have installed heap adjuster and resource adjuster and also packlifelimit adjuster. I also installed the latest game config and it still shows the same texture loss. I have uninstalled lspdfr and the textures are working but whenever i install lspdfr and go to that location it shows the textures missing or the lights posts are invisible and it just shows the yellow light in the air I have also change the preload to false.

please someone help!
ITS ONLY IN THIS AREA HERE

To me, this particular area was (along with the area around the upper entrance of the Pillbox Hill Medical Center when driving the Elgin Ave from south to north crossing the bridge to the townhall) an always bugging Area while using most of the common graphic mods.

I don't know how my own experiences could be linked to yours, but it makes me thinking. Have you ever used any kind of Graphic Mods, Map/Vegitation-Mods or MLOs in this area? I don't think LSPDFR is THE cause of your symptons, but maybe it's the one drop of water that overflows the barrel.

Anyways: As someone with an old unperformaning 16GB RAM, 8GB GPU and an outdated 2019 CPU I did following things to completely eliminate any kind of Texture loss in combination with VisualV/Reshade while playing LSPDFR:

Those two .asi in combination with the disabled PreloadAllModels from LSPDFR.ini are the ONLY combination of actions I took that eliminated texture loss successfully while using a light graphic mod and LSPDFR.

Awesome! I totally relate to your struggle, It took me a decade of LSPDFR and GTA RP to find a combination of ... yeah, everything that sounded like a fix to find this solution for me.
