Do you have mods installed? If so try playing with your mods folder renamed to _mods. If you have other plugins installed I would recommend trying without them too

Changed to _mods and same thing

and is RPH generating a log? if so can you upload it?

RPH isn't generating a log and I do have several plugins installed. ELS, EUP, parks common, arrest manager, computer plus, ems mod, policer advanced, smart radio and vocal dispatch

If RPH isn't generating a log then it isn't running/installed properly. Make sure you still have all the required files and your anti virus hasn't removed anything

The only thing I can think of was something went wrong when I was moving the x64 folder back and forth between the mods folder and the gta v folder. Before that though it was crashing every time I would try to go on duty. Here is my last log. MiniCrashReport_639020398592191446.log

Hi, your log is encrypted, do you have the latest RPH log maybe?

I would suspect something was moved then with your x64 folder. I would suggest starting with a fresh install, but if you have lots of mods installed it might be easier to narrow down the problem

If it is the x64 folder, how can I fix this? Is there a sample folder I can copy in? I really don't want to have to redo all my mods.

You would have to either narrow down the file(s) causing the issue or start over. Using the mods folder exclusively will help to prevent this

That crash report is no use, if you open it yourself you will see what I mean. You said previously that RPH is not generating logs. Can you add -log to the RPH commandline options and upload the RagePluginHookLauncher.log?

I am now not even getting to rage anymore. Its getting stock on that rage loading screen.

Are you able to upload the latest RagePluginHook.log file from your game folder? (not the logs folder)

That appears to be the Rockstar Launcher that it is stuck on. If you launch just normal GTA V, will the launcher open properly?

Go into the Task Manager and close any background tasks relating to Rockstar Games, Grand Theft Auto V, Social Club, or Steam/Epic Games (whichever version of the game you have). Then try opening the launcher again.
