Delete current dinput8.dll, xinput1_4.dll and ScriptHookV.dll. Then install the latest Script Hook V from this Website. Then put dinput8.dll and xinput1_4.dll and ScriptHookV.dll inside GTAV Main Game Directory. And go to Rockstar Game Launcher and go to settings and disable Battleye.

Stop using some graphic mods. Because some graphic mod don't have compatibility with other graphic mods like CoreFX don't have compatibility with other graphic mods.
