I would advice GIMP or Photoshop really.

Basically just make a background colour of what you want the front and back of the car to be, say black for example. Then make a new layer, use the 'Polygonal Lasso Tool' (or so it's called on Photoshop, not sure about Paint.net and GIMP) and go around the area you want white.

Tim98 also has some templates in the download section which can be found here,

And I believe there may be a guide in the 'TUTORIALS' section

easy way is select

new layer white turn it to black with pain bucket

3 new layers transparent 1 layer for each side  for driver side passenger side roof

don't make all 1 layer

on each of the 3 different layers make a box over the side / area of the car  you want white

outline it with eraser and erase all the extra white

Can you make it more organized, i don't get it.

I don't wanna pay $1,000 dollars for Photoshop, plus it doesn't make sense.

I use the line tool (In white) to outline around the area you want white, then fill it in. Use the Paint brush to fix any weird spots you may see.

That will take forever...

Not really, Just outline it, Bucket fill, and just fix the weird parts. It takes about a minute, and will turn out good, since it is bendable.
