The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello, I’m new here and I’m sure this has been asked a million times and likely straight forward, but how do I install and use non-EUP skins? I’m Canadian and think it would be fun to use RCMP skins for PED and vehicles, I found some I would like to use, but I have no idea how to do anything that isn’t a .oiv. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
