    In the Simple Native Trainer, go to Object Spawning and look for Load Objects from trainer.ini on the right side of the screen

    Edit VehicleLivery=0  in the trainer.ini
     
    When in game, go to Car Options, Menu 2, Set Car Livery. Use NumPad4 and Numpad 6 to switch liveries.

    You will have to go to the Trainer.ini, and find "VehicleLivery" It will automatically be set to 1, you will have to change it to 0. Now it should work.
