So my question is is there any mod that makes you do something like "on me" and the officers on scene will follow you around like when you want to breach or something?

I mean its pretty cool if you can just breach a building with swat following you around like a well trained team, something like you can order the police NPCs around?

For example you order to follow them they follow you order to just let them do their thing like default lspdfr or you order like "on me" and they follow you around.

I have something that might interest you. Unfortunately, it is not a standalone feature of this modification, but rather applies to a specific callout within the plugin. 
Charlie686's 686 Callouts KOFI version (https://ko-fi.com/686) has a callout, "Swat Raid," where you can task your peds to stay put, follow you, and engage. 

To the best of my knowledge, this doesn't exist anywhere else.

There are several partner plugins. They may be able to do what you want. ( I do not have an overview over current working plugins, so someone that uses plugins will have to chime in.

No new features or improvements. I have not worked on the plugin for a year i'm afraid.

Could you please mention a partner plugin that has a follow me feature? I use UB, but it's not quite what OP is describing.

Cant, because i do not use plugins only my own and i have a 'call partner up to position' thingy. I cant remember if i have it in my demo-vid (signature) though. You need to make a new topic, and ask specifically for a control a partner plugin

So, OP was curious about partner plugins, and you mentioned there are quite a few. But now you're saying you can't name any just because you have your own plugins? I don't mean to come across as 'that guy', but I've noticed you keep mentioning this supposed plugin, and honestly, it's a bit annoying to keep hearing about it when it's not yet ready for release.

 

I've been observing this for a long time now, kept my thoughts to myself, but the fact that you just had to promote your plugin when it's not available yet, just bothers me. You're the only person I see on these boards who repeatedly talks about a plugin without actually giving updates on its completion. If you are truly working on this plugin, I encourage you to keep at it and not give up. But please, stop shoving it down our throats repeatedly when it's not ready.

 

I'm not trying to be rude, but I believe my opinions reflect how many others feel too—people looking for help only to be redirected to bloated answers. I hope this makes sense.

I have only released custom versions of features that i have in the plugin, that have been  specifically asked for, so if you want the partner functionality that i have i can make a separate plugin with that.
My complete plugin is not going to be released and never was meant to, that would simply not make sense, because there are other popular plugins that does everything i have already, so my plugin would be a HUGE reductant bloatware. I made the plugin because programming is the part that interests me and especially because i dont want to use others plugins.
