Hello,

I will ask you to do the two following measures to troubleshoot. Please do (1) first. If that doesn't work, follow up with (2).

(1): Start your game without launching using RagePluginHook.exe, and let the world load up. Once you have control of your character, launch RagePluginHook.exe and see if that works for you.

    (2) Disable your mods folder, if you have one. You can do this by renaming the mods folder from "mods" to "_mods" and launching the game in the way described above.

If you have any success, or nothing works. Please let us know.

    Hi there,

Lets try testing if your mods folder is the cause, if you rename your "mods" folder to "_mods" and try launching. Do you still recieve the same issue? If not your problem is an underlying issue with your mods folder. You will need to undo any recent changes to your mods folder or start from scratch.

If your problem continues, or you do not have a mods folder, please do let us know so we can assist you further.

    Thanks.

Could you check something for me?

    - With edit mode enabled in OpenIV, navigate to "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data" and find the file "dlclist.xml".

Once you've done that, please right-click the file and hit "edit"

The file should open up with a bunch of lines of text consisting of the names of your dlcpacks and the default ones found within the game.

Could you make sure that the above folders are found inside that file as seen here, we're going to use the folder named "sup" as an example.

dlcpacks:/sup/

so for you, there should be these lines included in this file:

dlcpacks:/sup/

dlcpacks:/22G31UM/

dlcpacks:/eup/

dlcpacks:/golfr/

dlcpacks:/uc22jeep/

dlcpacks:/rabbitchgrlegacy/

(the other ones are there by default)

    - If they're not inside your dlclist.xml you must add them yourself, which would be the reason why EUP is not working for you.

    - if you need help adding them to your dlclist.xml or If this is not your issue, please let me know.

    Hi xorg,

Could you update RageNativeUI for me, and let me know if this resolves your issue?

    Hi there,

Unfortunately, your most realistic fix is that you delete your old mods folder, and create a new one. I know, bummer.

if you're unable to pinpoint what exactly is causing the crash it may be near impossible to salvage it.
