Could you send the .log file itself? But the problem seems to be with the NAudio.dll possibly in radio chatter?

Yeah it seems NAudio.dll in MoreRadioChatter is causing the issue.

MoreRadioChatter is basically trying to use the NAudio.dll version 1.8.4 but can't find it. Either it isn't there or you're not using that version or above 1.8.4

If you can try to update the dll itself or remove radio chatter and try to boot the game again without that plugin. See if it crashes
