The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Download simple trainer if you don’t have it already. You can set a custom start time there, slow time to match 60s =1 Min, or even sync time to your PCs settings.

 

Otherwise, I believe whenever you save your GTA V progress with quick save, you’ll always revert back to that time when restarting the game.

There's a simpler way. Hit F4 to open the command prompt, and type in SetDayTime. I believe it uses military time. So if you want night time, type "SetDayTime 0000" (Without the quotations of course)
