Download simple trainer if you don’t have it already. You can set a custom start time there, slow time to match 60s =1 Min, or even sync time to your PCs settings.
 
Otherwise, I believe whenever you save your GTA V progress with quick save, you’ll always revert back to that time when restarting the game.

Got my hands on a bunch of models, here's an updated photo of the ranger. In the works for WAPOL models I have a marked/unmarked skoda, marked/unmarked passat, marked/unmarked tiguan, New model Hilux pod, Kia stinger marked/unmarked, Kia sorrento marked/unmarked and marked/unmarked camry. All models are reflective textures. All models will be HIGHLY detailed and HIGHLY accurate to the real vehicles they're based off, including interiors, anprs, aerials and flash patterns ect

Rail Emergency Incident

Have a ranger and a railway patrol pod too. All with reflective textures. Ped sits in rear pod and door opens. Would really love a newer ranger model or Hilux

There is an error with the vest at the moment where the mesh is shuddering.. but trying to fix it... 
 

Final testing and tweaks happening now.
 
Including the removal of the bonnet scoop, adding additional ION's, custom Bee III Radar system and fully functional DLS Pursuit 3 lightbar with Traffic advisors.
 

NSW EUP 8.3 Pack 👀

Does anyone use the AV EUP by TyerIsBad? I've put the textures where they're supposed to go, but the is no model with the same name as the textures in the folder. This results in the attached screenshots.


Got it sorted in the end. When I downloaded the game from Steam, I immediately made a backup. Before making the backup, I should've verified the files. When I did that, steam passed along some updated files that the game needed. Then I installed LSPDFR, and it's worked fine ever since.
