Call Backup In Pursuit Broken

Featured Replies

Are your computers function keys enabled? If so you have to disable them, By this I mean, When you hit (F11 F9 or whatever key), Does it do what the picture shows it to do? Do your F keys increase/decrease volume, Internet switch etc. If so you need to disable those to do what they are suppose to do, Then they work for gaming.

  • I think F12 is not available when in a pursuit. Try ALT-B or one of the F numbers (F9- F11). But i use ALT-B and it always works for pursuits:)   Or if you're in a pursuit and they drive past anothe

I'm not sure. I have a Logitech gaming keyboard and it has a gaming mode. Should I try turning that on?

Turning it on gaming mode does work for when I press F12 to call additional units when arresting someone. However, vdH police helper made a white arrow appear over a car so I pulled it over then a red arrow went over and I chased them. F12 did not work when I was pursuing them in the car and no nearby officers responded.

Sometimes the LCPDFR pursuit won't trigger when pulling over cars from other scripts, or it could have been a glitch.

This. If you're pulling over a reckless driver generated by PoliceHelper, then LCPDFR will not recognise it as a pursuit and therefore the pursuit specific backup keys (F10, F11, etc) will not work. You get the error in .PullOver as the PoliceHelper script is making the vehicle evade you, while LCPDFR is trying to make it pull over, as they aren't linked and LCPDFR treats it as a normal vehicle, and therefore they clash, and PoliceHelper wins. This is my theory, it's happened to me a few times. When in a PoliceHelper pursuit I normally just handle it by myself.

Hope this isn't too difficult to understand, it was difficult to explain
