And with your specs with that low ram it would be a sight to see Gta even start. 

Shoot for 4Gb of ram and it wold take about 15Gb on your hard drive.

1 GB of RAM will not be enough for GTA IV. I'm assuming by "I have the disc," you mean you have it for Xbox 360 or PS3. To get it for PC, purchase it. There are plenty of places to download it, including, but not limited to, Steam, Amazon.com, and Gamestop.com. G17 Media (LCPDFR) does not support the use of pirated games, and therefore LCPDFR most likely will not work if you illegally download it.

Not sure what you meant by "Where to download GTA:IV" after you said you have the disk. If you meant where to download LCPD:FR, I have included the link below.

I don't know of many stores that carry things like that. I would recommend online sites like NewEgg. Also keep in mind it's going to be a bit more complicated if you are modifying RAM for a laptop as apposed to a desktop PC. Price ranges may also change depending on where you look.

You have have to purchase the parts to upgrade it. Think of it like a flash drive, you can't boost a 4GB into a 8GB, right? You would have to change the hardware.

LCPD:FR is only for PC. It is in no way shape or form available for the PS3 or any other platform. I don't play it to often as I need to upgrade things on my new PC.

You mean the model? It varies per computer but should always be displayed on the box. For example, I have a Gateway laptop. On the front, there is the logo and the word "Gateway". If I open the lid, the same is shows at the bottom of the screen. As for the model, it should be on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop. My laptop has a sticker on the right palm rest.

Um yes, You can't mod/Get LCPDFR on your ps3/xbox etc. Consoles. If you do, It's illegal so what he said was correct.
