so i have a windows 8 hp touchsmart sleekbook and i cant find where to download gta 4 on it it has all the requirements exept gta 4 i need please

every time i run the lcpdfr diognosis test its says cpu supproted but ram says not but has a check mark and windows restrutible installed and gta 4 not detected please help i have 2gb hp laptop 32bit
